She is originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey. She moved to Fort Myers with her family in 1978. Having had the opportunity to grow up in the area, She knows Ft. Myers and the surrounding areas very well. Real Estate started out as a passionate hobby for this “almost” native Floridian. She started her career as an investor in 1989 by buying her first small piece of property from Ms. Molly O’Brien Hess. Continually seeking to further her education in this field and wanting to share the benefits of investing, it seemed a natural path for her to start selling real estate. By the mid nineties, real estate was a full time job for her. Specializing in smaller investment portfolios, she now primarily sells investment homes, duplexes, commercial buildings and land. She opened Venture Realty and Investments in 2001 and continues to provide real estate advice and consultations to her clients through a competent team of real estate professionals.
