Conna and her team (Joseph et al.) were amazing. We were selling remotely, having already relocated across the country, and were in a time crunch to sell. Conna found two buyers within 1 day, coordinated all the necessary players (inspector for the buyer, title company). She made sure that the house was in excellent order and supervised work by a handyman to address the cosmetic issues. We closed within 5 weeks! And, Conna lowered her fee because she represented both us and the buyer. Conna and her team responded within hours to any of our questions. Her local knowledge was invaluable. I recommend her without reservation. In the Pensacola area, why go with anyone else??

When a friend brought Conna to my 40-yr-old waterfront home because I had decided to sell, and when she said, ‘I love this property’, I asked her where do I sign??? She was so kind to me, a new widow. The house had some problems, but she navigated those waters w/ intelligence and know-how gained from a wealth of experience and always w/ a smile. Her staff was excellent to work w/, and her text, phone, and email were always available to me. Conna made suggestions to me, working diligently to make sure I came out on top in the end, AND I did! I first worked with Conna 4 years ago when I had to sell my house in a short sale. What struck me at the time were there things: 1) She never made me feel "less than" because I had to do a short sale, 2) Her competence and confidence far exceeded my own and I felt like she "had my back" at every turn, and 3) Her unparalleled relationships with lenders and real estate attorneys, and her reputation in the community gave me the team I needed. During the next four years she was my cheerleader, providing me the determination and hope that I would again be a home owner. She kept encouraging me to speak to lenders - telling me there are options to explore. When I saw a house online last month, I called and she was able to meet me at the drop of hat. We were off to look at the house and despite a previous engagement she (and her team!!!) were able to get my offer off to the seller in record time and she made it to her other appointment. We closed in a month, without a hitch on her part - in fact, she also made sure the seller's realtor did her job! LOL My favorite aspect of working with Conna is her flexibility and energy/passion. What I mean by that is...sometimes I wanted to be the "boss" and have my own way, and sometimes I felt like being taken care of. Conna can easily switch back and forth and meet your needs - even as your needs change. And her energy and passion for making sure you're satisfied is remarkable. She always made me feel like I was her only priority - even though I saw on FB and Instagram she was constantly closing on a property or listing another. Conna (and her team) have been around for years - and it's no wonder she's The Best of the Coast! I look forward to many more real estate adventures with Conna and her excellent support team!

After deciding to look for a home in Pensacola, Conna O’Donnovan lined up over 10 properties for me to see within a couple of days. When I wanted to explore a broader area, she set new appointments and took me on a mini tour of Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze and Navarre.

A sense of home struck the first time Conna showed the property I fell in love with. She could have urged me to make an immediate offer, but wanted to ensure I was getting exactly what I was looking for.

The defining feature of this entire experience was the complete lack of pressure to buy a property. Even after I put an offer in for my house, Conna checked frequently to see how I was feeling about the pending purchase.

Conna counseled me on all negotiations and inspections. She and her amazing team stayed ahead of every deadline and made sure I knew what to expect along the way.

This is the second time that we have had the pleasure of working with Conna O'Donovan. Our first experience was so great that when we decided to move and needed to sell our home in Navarre she was the only choice for us. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Conna worked tirelessly to market our home and provided detailed activity reports that included showing feedback and copies of all advertisements for our home. She promptly answered our phone calls and emails. She was always available to discuss marketing alternatives. She provided immeasurable service after we moved from our home in Navarre (that was still on the market and vacant) to our new home. We are so fortunate to have worked with Conna O’Donovan for our real estate needs. We initially called Conna because she had a condo listed we were interested in seeing. We quickly realized she was the most knowledgeable Real Estate person in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach area. She has been involved in the local Real Estate business for many years and knows the history and value of all the properties in the area. After showing us a couple of units and talking to us, she showed us a well-built unit, relatively new construction, just what we were looking for and at an excellent price. We purchased it. The closing went smoothly and we were delighted and enjoyed our little condo on the beach. A year and a half later we decided to buy a house and move to Gulf Breeze, we asked for her help. She and her staff created a listing that represented our condo beautifully with pictures, video and text, we were very impressed. She sold our condo very quickly for top dollar and the closing went smoothly. In the meantime she described the areas in Gulf Breeze and showed us some houses. We described what we were looking for and she found the perfect house in the perfect setting on a quite oak lined street across the road from the water and at an excellent price. We purchased it, closed on it quickly, moved in and are delighted with our new house. Through both purchases and the sale of our properties, we felt like she was representing our best interest and advised us how to proceed with the many things involved with purchasing and selling real estate. She made it an enjoyable experience. She is definitely our Real Estate Consultant. We wouldn’t make a move without her.
