Connie Ballard’s past primary career in process engineering for the paper industry in the Midwest was all about analyzing data, and creating, presenting, and implementing many types of solutions to improve products and or reduce costs, interfacing with all levels of the organizations that she worked for.
In 2010 Ballard returned to college to enter the Healthcare field, and in 2015 moved to Florida to be a family resource. Throughout the years she had a hobby for fixing and flipping or holding real estate and associated rentals, along with land contracts and even one property swap!
In 2017 Connie got her Florida real estate sales license due to a title problem with her primary residence and wanted to have knowledge of how real estate in Florida worked. It took her a while to determine that although she loved healthcare, trying to do both was less practical than I had previously thought and that this was another way that I could help people in whatever their real estate journey might be.
Ballard is proud of the relationships that I have built with people and the solutions that we have managed together. Most of her clients would say that I listen to what people do or do not say, and that she Is committed and will go the extra mile, sometimes several.
