Connie Batten

Connie is a Top Producer with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, having won the 2019 President Elite Award and also being a Certified Relocation Specialist. In addition to her successful career in real estate, she is a bread baking champion, an avid reader, a beach lover, and a former owner of an iguana and a monkey. Real estate runs in her family, as her father owned his own real estate firm in New Jersey for many years, and she grew up with an extended family involved in either real estate or neighborhood development.

With more than two decades of experience and a proven track record of success, she possesses the knowledge, expertise, determination, and persistence to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Her business plan is based on the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." She believes that getting to know her clients and putting them first is a key component of her success. Connie is originally from New Jersey. She graduated from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA with a degree in Psychology. She moved to Raleigh in 1986 with her husband Mark. Together, they have two wonderful sons named Bryan and Tyler.
