About Connie

As an Atlanta native, Connie knows the city and its surrounding areas. Her childhood was spent in Brookhaven, teen years in East Cobb, and adult life in the intown areas of Grant Park & East Lake. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Georgia & graduate degrees from Clark Atlanta University & Emory University. Connie’s mother grew up in Druid Hills and father in Decatur. With scores of family, friends, and contacts in the Atlanta area, she has been able to successfully navigate the buying and selling process for a multitude of clients since she began selling homes in 2003.

Connie grew up in a real estate family learning the values of hard work, wise negotiations, and ethical business practices. Her uncle established one of the most highly regarded real estate firms in Atlanta, Cousins Properties, and her father worked for the company for many years. Her mother was a successful commercial Realtor. Her family modeled the importance of community involvement in addition to building successful businesses.

In addition to working with home buyers and sellers, Connie & her husband have developed a successful real estate investment business specializing in home renovation/rehabilitation. Connie has the unique ability to bring this expertise to her clients as they prepare their homes for sale and make decisions about their purchase. Her vetted real estate related resources are an invaluable asset for each of her clients.

Prior to her real estate career, Connie worked in the nonprofit and public health fields and gained invaluable insights into the needs of the people served by a variety of organizations. She continues to support many of these, and for each of her sales she makes a donation to one of them.
