Connie Highland

Connie Highland is a lifelong Naperville resident who grew up on a farm on Plank Road and graduated from Naperville Community High School and North Central College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. She has been a Naperville homeowner since 1970, a real estate investor since 1977, and a Naples, Florida condominium owner since 1987. Connie has worked full time as a Naperville Realtor since 1975 and is the former owner of Century 21 All Stars, joining Baird & Warner in 2000. Her professional experience also includes founding and owning All Star Property Management and developing and owning Hawks Nest Executive Suites. She is a member of the Baird & Warner Chairman’s Club, recipient of the 2010 Baird & Warner Naperville Phoenix Award, former Director of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and a Realtor Emeritus with the National Association of Realtors. Connie holds numerous certifications, including Relocation Certified Agent, Military on the Move Certified Agent, Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Agent (SFR), and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). She offers downsizing assistance informed by her own experience, guidance on second-home ownership, rental assistance based on her background as a landlord and investor, and comprehensive buyer, seller, relocation, and new-construction services throughout Naperville and the surrounding communities.
