Connie Johns was such a blessing to me. She was recommended to me by a friend who had an incredible experience with Connie. I could contact Connie at any time day or night and she was always willing to give her expert advise. I recently contacted Connie about a question I had about my house. She didnt have to answer me because we closed on this house last June and her job was complete, but she is such a genuine nice person who is willing to give you her BEST and tell it to you like it is. I choose Connie from a referal of my sister and brother-in-law. I thought if she could sell them a house they had never seen then she would be able to sell us one. My sister lived in Las Vegas and was moving back to Toledo, so literally she sold them a house unseen. Connie went up and above with us, explaining every step of the way. If we had a question she was ever so patient explaining, if we wanted something she would find out if it were possible. I would recomend Connie time and time again. As a first time home buyer Connie was just what I needed. She is straightforward and very knowledgeable. The input she gave us regarding a property that we really liked caused us to wait and reconsider. We are glad we did because we found a home that we absolutely love. We had paperwork issues with our lender that could have cost us undue delays in closing. Although not Connie's fault she listened to me swear and cry and bent over backwards to do as much as she could to help. We met Connie 3 or 4 years ago while considering selling our house. We found her to be honest, industrious, and smart. Eventually we decided to rent our house because the market was and still is so bad. Our first attempt was to rent it on our own and it worked out okay. Our 2nd attempt was total disaster. Fortunately Connie had maintained contact with us and came to the rescue helping us get rid of horrible tenants. She then did an outstanding job helping find and secure tenants the third time. I found myself in what seemed to be an impossible situation...my job was transferring me to Kansas and I had to sell my Toledo townhome in an unfortunate market. It not only wasn't going to bring what I owed on it...buyers couldn't even get a loan for a townhome. I initally chose Connie Johns because she had experience in Short Sales; and, although I didn't want to go that route - I really didn't know what else to do. Connie proved to stand by my for the duration. She was honest, straight-forward, and would always tell me the truth...even if it wasn't the best scenario. She truly wanted what was best for me and fought to provide that. Connie and I had open communication; and, with me being several states away, that can sometimes be a difficult thing. When an offer did come in - she kept me informed every step of the way as we moved to close the deal. In the end, I truly feel that I gained a friend in Connie. She helped me (basically held my hand) through one of the most trying experiences I have ever endured. If it hadn't been for God and Connie's support and experience - I may have just walked away from the home or chosen another route that wouldn't have ended successfully. I would recommend Connie to anyone I know...her honesty, work ethic, and knowledge of her business are three qualities that are hard to come by in a whole package...but she truly delivers!

What can't you say about Connie Johns as a realtor? She's very knowledgeable in her career! She knows her areas of Toledo very well and knows which areas have certain issues and exactly what to look for. She will spot problems or issues in a home that I never would have thought to look for. She's a very patient realtor when it comes to first-time buyers. I was a first-time buyer and would go from home to home looking for the perfect spot and could never seem to make up my mind. I would ask her a lot of the same questions going from house to house and she never once acted annoyed or like I was a nuisance. She offered reasonable explanations for homes and why she would or would not suggest we view a home. She was very calm and collected, but she was never intimidated by anybody. She knows her stuff and she knows it well! She was recommended to me for her outstanding qualities and I've even recommended her to several people I know. She went above and beyond what I've heard about realtors. She was very easy to get ahold of, she would return phone calls in a timely manner, she was always very polite and was very quick and efficient with her paperwork.
