Connie Kyle

Connie has been in the real estate industry since 1978 and has managed the Perkins office since 1987. Her office philosophy is to provide a work environment that allows agents and staff to achieve their personal and professional aspirations. She provides direction, training, and support to all agents and challenges them to surpass their potential. Connie regularly works with her agents to develop plans and systems that will enhance their careers. She has a genuine passion for her career, company, and her agents’ success. The atmosphere at the Perkins office centers on both networking and support.

As a manager, Connie maintains an “open-door policy,” so she can work hand-in-hand with agents to resolve difficult situations. Additionally, she makes it a top priority for her agents to follow the Realtor Code of Ethics and adhere to the rules and regulations of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. As a past president of the Greater Baton Rouge Board and Louisiana Realtors, Connie also encourages agents to get involved and make a difference in their industry and community.
