Many realtors claim competence, but few live up to their claims. Connie Lee is one of the few.

Connie demonstrated honed professionalism and decades of experience while deftly guiding my wife and I through the selling process. She listened carefully to our specific desires, which included two month rent-back as well as minimal repairs. She rearranged our home so beautifully we marveled why we didn't think of some of the furniture rearrangements sooner. She navigated a volatile market and placed our home on the market at the right moment. The result: all of our desires met, less than one week on market, 21-day close, and $10K above asking.
