I have known Connie for 6 years and this is the second time my wife and I have used Connie. Connie came recommended to us though two other couples who used her in the past. I would recommend Connie to anyone looking for a loyal agent that will look out for your best interest first and foremost. My experience with Connie was amazing. She is always available day and night for questions and properties to view. Any questions or concerns we had in the home purchasing process she was there to answer and acted as a liaison with my broker, ironing any wrinkles that came up. This dedication to the client eased any concerns we had and made the purchasing of a new home that much more enjoyable and stress free. Connie Marting was a life saver for me and my family when we we wanted to list my mother in-law's home a little over a year ago. Connie was very straightforward and professional. Through her efforts and advice, we had a contract on the home quite quickly for the time period and at the price we felt great about. Connie is one of the hardest and smartest agents I have ever worked with. She gave us great advice on what needed to be done and how to get the property ready. She gave us a proper range for pricing and then she dug her heels in and worked our listing until it was closed. I was in a bit of a bind. I sold my home and it was not a listing of Connie's. I am having a house built. I did not know Connie and never met her. I had my real estate looking for a short term rental. I happened to call a listing of hers. All the listings were 1 year leases. She went out of her way and called her listing and explained the situation. She got me a 3 month rental!! She certainly did not do it for the money that's for sure. I would use Connie in a heartbeat for any real estate transaction. If I had Known her, I would definitely have used her to sell my home. Anyway Thanks a TON Connie. !!!
