Connie Nies

Connie Nies is a licensed Realtor that works full time and lives in Sea Pines, a coastal neighborhood. She has lived along the Florida coast for over 18 years and specializes in Waterfront properties in these areas. She is excellent with assisting in relocating clients specifically with new construction, first time home buyers, and the resale of homes in Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough.

Recently she has become certified as a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert , and HAFA, Homeowners Affordable Foreclosure Alternative, and has recieved her Short Sale Specialists certification with CRS.

Connie is a licensed Pilot and she and her husband, also a pilot, Tom own and fly a Piper Cherokee Warrior.
