When it came time to sell our home of 36-years we began the process of interviewing Realtors. Connie, Jill and the team stood out from the crowd. From the beginning they took the time to get to know us and our home and then tailoring an approach that was not generic but rather tailored to us.

From staging, to pictures, to determining a proper asking price, to marketing everything was done professionally, timely and with utmost attention to detail.

The market was clearly transitioning from a frenetic pace to something more sedate. Despite this we immediately had showings and a solid offer in less than 48 hours. I attribute this to the attention to detail in preparing the property for listing.

Connie and her team were there all the way through closing. What is frequently a stressful process for many went perfectly and with the absolute minimum of disruption and anxiety.
