Connie is the BEST! During this crazy time in the housing market, she made our home buying process as smooth and seamless as possible. We totally owe the reason we have our house to her! She doesn't just show you options, she helps you understand WHY you should / shouldn't love a home and helps identify good / bad things about each home you see (which is SUPER helpful for 1st time homebuyers like we were). Connie Stegora is the best realtor. You will feel like she is your only client. She is so knowledgeable. Connie knows what to look for as you tour houses. She asks questions about you and what you like to help you find the perfect place for you. Connie is easy to talk to, she is kind, and she does not judge about anything. Touring houses with her is like touring with a really good friend who knows you and also knows exactly what to look out for in houses. She walks you through all of the steps, she makes sure you understand everything as you're going along. Connie is honest. You can tell Connie really enjoys what she does. I really cannot recommend Connie enough. She made the entire process actually fun!

Buying/selling a house is a big deal. It can be a bit scary and overwhelming especially with this market. Connie was all we could have every asked for in a realtor. Very knowledgeable, she explained and broke everything down, she was prompted and on top of everything, great with communication but most of all she made us feel comfortable. We felt like she had our best interests she had our back even with the hiccups. Connie is truely amazing!

Top of the class Agent! Connie was able to help me find my first home within 45 days! Which is crazy. I had a unique situation and had to quickly expedite the entire home buying process. Any questions I had she was there and ready for an answer within minutes and if she couldn’t. I would receive one within 24-48 hours. She was constantly updating me with new homes on the market. She’s extremely knowledgeable about homes and what comes with being a home owner. She made this process very comforting in such a odd scary time with the Covid-19 pandemic. Very thankful and blessed! I truly enjoyed my time with her and very happy with the home I was able to purchase thanks to her!

I rarely write online reviews, but feel compelled to comment on our experience with realtor Connie Stegora. Connie is patient, knowledgeable, detailed, and a great listener. She recently helped our large family negotiate a move that involved consolidating a few households into an intergenerational living situation....all during a pandemic. There were many moving parts, even more cooks in kitchen, and a variety of complexities given that we had specific things we were hoping for in a house. Connie jumped right in and took all that in stride. She was transparent and diligent at every step and brought a creative and informative voice to each conversation, including those big decision-making moments. It was comforting to have Connie's expertise, professionalism, and caring personality guide us through this potentially hair-raising process. Our large family rarely agrees whole-heartedly about anything, but we unanimously love Connie and recommend her highly to anyone looking to purchase a place to call home.

I normally don't write reviews but for the level of professionalism and amazing service we got I just had to.
Our purchase was not the norm and had a lot of obstacles to navigate. Never did Connie waver. She was our constant calm through the "storm". I told her she can now put therapist on her resume as well lol.
From the beginning I knew we had the RIGHT person for us. She showed us the houses that we wanted and really helped us with her knowledge. By our 4th house we found OUR home. Connie went above and beyond time and time again and always had time to return our phone calls and keep us in the loop. It was a few month process us getting our house but Connie was determined. She continued to fight for us when we lost hope, she was creative and thought outside the box to give us our dream home.
I am telling all my friends and FB about the great experience we had. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, hard-working, honest realtor Connie is your person. Thank you so much Connie.

Connie is professional and knowledgeable! She scoured the market for homes that matched our specific wants and needs. We never looked at a "bad-fit" home. Not only does she listen to her clients, she also stays on top of timelines and pays attention to all the little things like water marks, gutter problems, etc. She help us navigate and negotiate the sale.
