Connor Oke

Connor Oke is the Development Manager at Millennium Force, where he works alongside local business owners, particularly those in medical, professional services, and industrial sectors, to help them step into real estate ownership. By developing buildings tailored to their needs, Connor and his team create opportunities for clients to not only own the space they operate from, but generate additional income by leasing the remaining square footage to other tenants.

His background in commercial brokerage gave him a strong lens into how development works from the inside, understanding site selection, deal structure, and what it actually takes to bring a project to life. Combined with earlier experience in tenant and landlord representation and land assembly for ground-up projects, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every deal he works on.

Before real estate, Connor served as Director of Communications for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, where he worked alongside local businesses and officials to address the challenges of rapid growth, an experience that reinforced his belief in investing in the communities we live and work in.

At the end of the day, Connor's work is about more than buildings. It's about helping the people who serve our community build something lasting for themselves.
