Conrad Gregory

Conrad has been representing Marin County homeowners and buyers since 2003. He has a true passion for the real estate business and genuine enthusiasm for helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Honesty, integrity, and trust are the cornerstone of Conrad’s client relationships. He has an exceptional understanding of the local Marin real estate market and detailed knowledge of Marin’s various neighborhoods and schools which combined with his strong negotiation skills and home marketing/pricing experience allow him to ensure his clients’ success. Conrad has received numerous awards as a top performing realtor and was the first recipient of the Joanne Berry Award for integrity and outstanding customer service to his clients.

Conrad earned a BA in Political Science and French from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in International Relations from Boston University’s overseas program in Paris. He loved living in France so much that he stayed there for 10 years. He got his start in the French fashion industry for Pierre Cardin where he worked on everything from retail to international business development to fashion shows. Later he was offered a position as a management consultant for PWC where he specialized in the international telecommunications market working on business and investment projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. On returning to the U.S, Conrad worked as a Director of Marketing for start-up companies ranging from enterprise software to food distribution and finally in 2003 decided to join Coldwell Banker Real Estate and has not looked backed since.

Conrad and his wife live in San Anselmo where they have raised two daughters. Conrad loves living in Marin County and enjoys everything the county has to offer, from its mountains, trails and beaches to its unique small towns, local festivals and restaurants. He is involved in the community and is a committed supporter of Marin County schools. He has coached hundreds of the County’s youths over the years in track and cross country. He has also been a high school girls’ varsity head soccer coach as well as a girls’ soccer coach at Marin FC, a local competitive soccer club. Conrad also volunteers as a French language specialist with local high school French classes to help students at all levels develop their French conversation skills.
