After graduating Molloy University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance and Economics, he ventured into the real estate industry. Prior to becoming an agent, Constantino has worked in all areas of the real estate industry. He began with a legal internship, equipping him with valuable insights into the legal profession. Assisting paralegals, he prepared client files with the necessary documents for closings. Additionally, he served as a mortgage broker's assistant, ensuring that files were completed before submission to underwriting, acting as a liaison to title companies. He was proficient in generating business leads through active prospecting and delivering persuasive sales presentations. Constantino also excelled in developing and maintaining relationships with different real estate firms.

Realizing that there was more to the industry, he pursued getting his real estate license. The reward of helping someone fulfill their dreams is priceless. This drive helped Constantino achieve the "Fastest Growing Agent" by the age of 22. Demonstrating remarkable skills, expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of the market, he facilitated over 50 million dollars in both on and off market sales by the age of 24. This led to him being awarded "Top 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate" by the Long Island Board of Realtors while becoming a top producer in an international firm. Constantino's expertise extends to representing buyers, sellers, and investors. He is also responsible for calculating property values for numerous banking institutions, loan servicer's, and hedge funds.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Constantino enjoys challenging himself with new opportunities, classic cars, and actively managing his investment portfolio. He prides himself on his aggressiveness as well as his ability to strategically maneuver through each transaction.
