As 5th Generation Arizona native, I'm about as genuine as it gets - I have miners on one side of my family, and cattlemen on the other. I love this state.
I've been licensed in real estate since 2005, but with growing up with a highly successful broker for a mother, it seems like much longer!
I sold real estate in the White Mountains, my home, before going to school in Tucson for a Bachelor's Degree. I would frequently return home during school breaks to work and help with the family's real estate business - often times, taking it over and running it all during my parents' vacations.
After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a minor in Economics, I returned to the White Mountains to assist in managing the burgeoning short sale load of my family's business.
In that period, we adapted to the new market conditions and became the foremost short sale authority in our area - even helping many short sale listing agents negotiate with their sellers' bank when we were only representing the buyer. We negotiated with many servicers on an astounding number of short sales, helping clients minimize damage to their credit, and ultimately doing our part to clear out the bad inventory, thereby helping the housing market recover.
Soon after the recovery was on it's way, I decided to strike off on my own. I moved down to the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, and joined the Curtis Johnson Team. I learned a lot with Curtis and his team of agents, made many lifelong friends, and had many good successes. When the opportunity arose to join Arizona Best Real Estate, a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, I couldn't pass it up.... I learned a substantial amount with specializing in relocation services for major corporations. I have now moved on to West USA Realty where I couldn't be happier, and don't see myself moving anytime soon.
