Corey has zest and a passion for real estate that emanates through every transaction and project he completes. After graduating from James Madison University, he began his career in real estate with one of the Top Ten Realty groups in the country. Since 2009, Corey has been personally involved in over 150 real estate investment projects, yielding profits of over $10,000,000.
In 2012, Corey and Sean launched the real estate investment firm, Northern Virginia Investments. Using his extensive real estate, design, and renovation expertise, Corey is able to pass along expert investment advice to clients, helping them maximize value in their homes whether they are first time home buyers or seasoned investors.
In 2014, Corey co-founded Dutko | Ragen Homes & Investments, producing innovative marketing and investment techniques, while providing clients with exceptional customer service. Corey has a 5-Star Agent rating from Zillow and has been featured in Washingtonian and Northern Virginia magazines, as well as a cover story on NOVA Real Producers magazine.
Utilizing their passion for real estate, Corey and Sean continue to build out their rental portfolio, which now consists of townhomes, condos, single-family homes, and multifamilies throughout Virginia.
