Corey Thudium has enjoyed working with people, and he is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives. Growing up around the Real Estate business, Corey had years of exposure to the industry as he watched my father, Mark, work with sellers and buyers for decades in Lancaster County.

It was during the purchase of his own home, that Corey truly understood the feeling of finding “the one.” This experience, coupled with the exposure to the industry, motivated him to commit to empower buyers and sellers with the necessary information to make educated decisions.

Corey’s goal with each client is to provide the highest possible level of service and build a relationship that doesn’t end at settlement.
