Cori McGrath

After a twelve year career as a market research consultant working for Fortune 500 companies across the country, Cori decided to focus her visions back to the community she lives in. Licensed in New Hampshire and Maine, she strives to build relationships with her clients and exceed their expectations. In her eyes, “It’s about People Not Property” – if a client is happy with her services, they’ll be a client for life, not just one transaction.

Cori’s expertise includes working with first-time and seasoned buyers & sellers on the Seacoast and her passion for Portsmouth shines when she has the opportunity to work with folks relocating to the area. She is known for her ability to listen to clients needs and create a satisfying experience during what can be a stressful process.

Cori has a BA in Psychology from Miami University in Ohio and is an avid college football fan. She lives in Portsmouth with her husband Bob and their twin girls Molly and Shaye. They are believers in participating in local activities, supporting local businesses and helping the community to be a better place to live.
