I had to sell a house in a state I did not live in. Corina found a buyer quickly. Through no fault of Corina, the buyer could not close the loan after waiting through their requested 90 day escrow. I was in need of selling the house in order to purchase one in another state and this was quite a disaster for me. Corina ended up finding a buyer within a few days at a higher price and closed the sale in record time. Highly recommend!
