My Home buying experience with Cornelius was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure that my family and myself were perfectly comfortable with him the whole time. Our home is comfortable in a nice neighborhood and we would highly recommend him an agent. He was honest and made sure we bought a home in a neighborhood that was perfect for raising my little ones.

My wife said God sent him to us. We were at our wits end with agents. We finally found the house we wanted but we just did not trust the real estate company. We remembered the vibe from Mr. Howard from another open house and asked if he could represent us. Once he agreed, he was like a gladiator. We were very impressed by his knowledge and patience. Mr.Howard is a stand up man I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

My wife and i recently purchased our first home with the help of our realtor Mr. Cornelius Howard. We were somewhat nervous trying to find a reputable realtor someone who would work in our favor and not just for the commission. I strongly believe God brought Mr. Howard to us when we didn't know who to trust. He took time to explain the home buying process to us step by step and provided recommendations which made the process much easier than we anticipated. The reason for me choosing to work with Cornelius was his honesty. He meet all my expectations and I was impressed with his quality of service.
