About Cory

As a native Floridian, Cory is committed to representing Florida homeowners and future homeowners with a dedication to providing them an exceptional service. He grew up in the small town of Vernon, Florida, with his parents and younger brother. Cory has a love for music and is part of the music ministry at the church his parents’ pastor.

Cory attended Chipola College and studied and obtained an associate degree in Arts. He grew up watching his father and family build and work in the lumber industry, which gave rise to one of his hobbies involving woodworking, remodeling, and restoring homes. He resides in Panama City with his wife, Stephenie, and their two adorable Shih tzus. After spending 20-years in the retail industry throughout North Florida, many opportunities developed to work and partner with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures that led to the saying: “realtor for everyday people.” Cory retired from a co-manager position to follow his passion of helping in the community and this led to his becoming a realtor.

Cory spends every day focused on helping people obtain their dream of becoming a homeowner. He wakes up excited to be a part of this community’s restoration and rebirth after Hurricane Michael. This is the driving force behind another saying he is known for: “#Letsworkonyourdreasmtogether.” Cory serves with a heart as big as the Gulf of Mexico and he brings a high level of commitment to quality with his work.
