Cory Howard-Biddle

I am a Florida native who grew up in the Jacksonville area. I relocated to Ocala in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the charm and atmosphere. I quickly discovered my passion for real estate while purchasing my first home. I joined the Southern Charm team in 2021 and am excited to help others accomplish their real estate goals.

Throughout the years I have accumulated nearly 10 years of business management experience. This experience has helped me develop a wide variety of skills including customer service, financial acumen, project management, and being able to adapt to challenging situations.

I hold the following NAR Designations & Certifications; ABR, SRS, SRES, MRP, RENE, PSA.
