Cory worked with me so I could buy my home. I would like to give Cory a 10 star review but google would only let me select 5!!! after putting a few contracts on houses in this tough market I finally closed. Cory and the team at The Dailey Group are not your typical real estate agents. If you’re looking for a realtor who will ensure to all of your needs look no further. Cory is incredibly skilled and experienced. Although I knew I wasn’t his only client it certainly felt like I was his only client. I honestly felt like I could give him my check book and wait for him to make all the decisions needed in this process. Cory allowed me to make demands and ensured that I knew the reasons behind the process. He checked in when I needed and even when I didn’t. He was patient, kind, caring and did a great job of listening to what we needed. The home buying process can be frusting and scary but with Cory he has a way of being the calm during the storm. Great realtor who knows his job, I had a lot of questions and needed help selling a rental property. He guided me through the whole process, was always available to answer questions I had during the repair and staging process. He even put me in touch with a stager and a designer and it really paid off, my house was on the market for three days by the third day I had 3 offers for five thousand over what a asked for.
