As a licensed Realtor in Michigan, Cory provides a refreshing approach toward real estate for his clients. Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Wayne State University, combined with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law, Cory uses his educational background to rethink creative solutions in real estate transactions, while combining both his negotiation and communication assets in order to succeed for every client. In 2006, Cory began his professional career in the mortgage industry, igniting his passion for real estate. Craving a need to see all aspects in everything he does, Cory cultivated his interest in real estate as an attorney at one of the largest law firms in New York City. Further fueling his passion, he focused on international investment and real estate development, with a portfolio consisting of projects ranging from five-unit condominiums to the Hudson Yards development in Manhattan. After three years as an attorney, Cory was asked “what are you truly passionate about?”, and his answer was simple: People and Real Estate. As a result, Cory moved back to his hometown in Southeast Michigan and joined Max Broock – Birmingham.
