I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Cory when buying our home. In our first meeting, Cory said “I work for you”, and he truly meant it. It had been many years since we purchased our first home, and Cory took all the time we needed to fully explain the process. He quickly responded to our many phone calls and texts, patiently explaining, or re-explaining our frequent questions. Cory would check in with us regularly to keep us informed on where things stood, which was very helpful since we were closing in less than a month! He made himself available at any time to meet with us, and to obtain access to the property for purposes relative to the closing. Cory is an expert in his field, and we always felt completely comfortable with his advice and counsel. For anyone wishing to make your selling and/or buying experience as positive and stress-free as possible, I fully recommend Cory to assist you.

He was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go above-and-beyond to fully address any questions we came up with—and we had A LOT of questions (at one point we were inquiring about property lines and Cory went to multiple town offices to get those answers himself!). My husband I had an excellent experience all around working with Cory Tyler as our buyers agent. We had an idea of what we wanted in a house at the start of our search, and by the time we closed on a home, it was completely different than what we originally envisioned. We couldn’t be happier with our new home to share with our extended family in CT. Cory was incredibly patient and helpful for us throughout the entire process. We dragged him all over the state for consecutive days at a time in the biting cold, and he did not complain once! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in CT. Cory has been a very great, helpful agent throughout my journey of trying to find a spot that suited me best. They made the entire experience a breeze by taking care of a lot of the "nitty- gritty" paperwork behind the scenes and went out of their own way to go the extra mile to make contact with any prospective realtor/ agent. We were very lucky when we met Cory. It kinda was perfect time and place. My partner and I were still struggling to find a realtor who would support our request of full state support since our home search was a quite wide range, and having to use multiple agents was making us loose some homes. It was becoming tough to remain positive. However, we happened to meet Cory at an open house he was holding and we hit it off.

Through our very long and arduous journey Cory has remained supportive and very understanding. He has made more than enough time for us and was always there to help with our requests. We probably made him jump through every hoop imaginable and he cleared every one with great ease. I would recommend Cory to all my friends and to anyone who reads this. You cannot go wrong with him in your corner and you will get amazing support and he will move the stars and planets to try and get you the house you are looking for. I fully plan to contact him in like 15 years when we move again, and I hope he is still around.

Cory was outstanding in everything he did. He gave clear advice on potential pricing; wrote a great description of the listing; and took great pictures - including drone shots.

He also arranged several visits to the property in the days after it was listed and we ended up renting it to the first person who visited. He followed through on all the phases on the process in an effective and timely manner.

I’d recommend him most highly for any residential real estate service - he’s a great agent.
