Cory Waxman

Cory joined EXP Commercial in 2024 as a Senior Vice President, bringing over two decades of experience in investment real estate. Prior to EXP, he was a top-producing agent at Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International, specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges of investment properties.

Throughout his career, Cory has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex transactions. He launched the Lender’s Asset Group, dedicated to the disposition of bank-owned properties nationwide, and in 2015, he formed a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Group, working closely with nonprofit organizations to convert market-rate multi-housing projects into affordable housing across the greater Bay Area. Today, Cory focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the East Bay and Silicon Valley.

A recognized industry leader, Cory has earned numerous sales recognition awards for outstanding performance from 2005 to 2025. Known for his professionalism, market expertise, and commitment to client success, he has built a reputation as a trusted business partner in the commercial real estate space.

Before transitioning into real estate, Cory taught English in Vietnam and China. He holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Art History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he graduated Cum Laude.
