I have been fortunate to be connected to Cosmas Kanyi (CK) of Goldberg Property Holdings during my time sensitive search for a new home. I was scoping East Cobb for their highly ranked middle and high school for my daughter and, within a very short timeline had the added complication of a sellers market so, I was unsure if I could find something. Also, I had a very bad experience with a former buyer’s agent (that was auto-assigned to me by Zillow) who later would go as far as trying to sabotage my closing!

CK stood by me all the way supporting me to make sure that my rights as a buyer were protected. CK absolutely loves what he does and does an excellent job bringing his passion and expertise to the table – he is a great listener and, throughout the process will constantly ask if “you are happy” which is a rare quality! He spent hours discussing and reviewing all aspects of properties that I would like, intently considering all factors and especially pricing and finding ways to negotiate! He would not show me something that would not sell in the future or didn’t fit my needs - for him it's not about getting to his commission. It's all about making sure you are genuinely happy which is what I so appreciate about him.

Always responsive to all my questions and helping me make educated decision using market data, CK was there throughout the process, end-to-end. From setting appointments, to reviewing the home facts all the way to negotiating and closing, he helped me in finding my new home at a great price and I couldn't be happier!

I would absolutely recommend CK any day to anyone in the market looking for an honest, hard-working, expert in the field agent. I will also look to CK for my future real estate needs. The best part is that now I have a friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!
