As an out of town buyer, we weren’t sure what houses we would find in the area, but Courtney was straight forward with us. She was even willing to do a virtual showing, which we greatly appreciated. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were given a few references from our lender and Courtney was the first to answer. Boy am I glad it was her! She figured out what our 'wants' and 'needs' were and we went from there. Courtney found a house with the perfect closing date! No matter what time of day, she answered every question I had (which can be a lot!) as well as just kept all the communication very clear for us. We will be keeping her name and number if we ever need a realtor again!

If you want buying a house to be a great experience, choose Courtney.

My wife and I tried a couple of different realtors in the Grand Forks area, and we were starting to become discouraged because we didn't feel like they really cared too much to help us out, or they were really hard to get ahold of. A coworker recommended this great realtor that he worked with when he bought his house, and so I reached out to her. Courtney changed the ENTIRE experience when it came to us finding our home. We could tell that she actually cared about finding a home that was right for our family, and worked seemingly nonstop to make that dream happen. On top of her being very responsive and active with our search. She was kind, genuine, and was incredibly patient and great with our young children that we brought with to view houses.
You don't need to look anywhere else for a realtor. You will not find one better than Courtney Barstad Logan.

Took a new job and moved entire life across the country to Grand Forks and, due to a lot of factors, was not able to visit Grand Forks first. Really wanted to buy a home after years of renting. Found Courtney online and she helped us walked us through the home buying process while we were on the other side of the country, as first time home buyers. She looked at homes for us, took videos of the homes and sent to us so we could see them and was always so easy to work with and communicate with throughout the process. We basically put all of our trust in Courtney to move our lives here and put us in a home, and she did an amazing job. I don't think it is possible to say enough great things about Courtney and the work she did to help us out. If you need an amazing real estate agent, and are a first time home buyer, and are trying to do things remotely, there is not a better option out there than Courtney.

I cannot say enough about how great Courtney is! We were first time home buyers looking to buy in a crazy market. Courtney showed us some options and was able to get us into a new build townhome instead, which we never as first time home buyers would think was an option. She was available for questions from the very start and through all the months and is a hoot to work with! We had a baby during this whole experience and during our close she was there to hold our 5 month old so we could focus on our signing! I call that dedication! We knew we only had one weekend in town to make our decision and after searching for a Realtor, decided to go with Courtney.
She came highly recommended by our future employer.
We had never been to North Dakota, more less Grand Forks.
Courtney asked a lot of questions and listened to what we said in return.
After working with her over the phone for maybe 2 weeks, we flew into town and looked at multiple properties. During that two day period it was clear that she had listened to what we were looking for... the properties we toured were right on the money.
Fast forward 18 months later and we love our home, our neighborhood and Grand Forks!
Grand Forks IS Cooler!

If I could give Courtney 100 stars I would. I’ve been investing in real estate for 5 years. I’ve never had a tenant leave a house like this. Courtney got it whipped into shape and even was vacuuming the place on the morning of closing. I’ve met lots of real estate agents. None hold a candle to her.
