Courtney is amazing!!! Im a new investor and still learning. I had my first official closing experience and it was difficult for me, the hurdles and hoops I had to go through were frustrating. But fortunately for me Courtney was the sellers agent. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly. He communicated with me about the process so I actually learned ALOT!! He was very professional and courteous even when I was getting frustrated. I don’t know how he does it. He is the best agent ever!! I would love to have him for every investment property that I have. Business and family doesn’t always work out. But when Courtney/Cousin received his realtor license I knew he’s was going to be my realtor. He always displayed great things as a child and has continued as an adult. When I found a home I wanted I sent it to Courtney and he jumped right on. It only took 30 days to close. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Chambless. Recently he helped us sell our apartment in Atlanta literally in no time.

Where do I begin or how do I end. Let me start out by saying the Courtney that you speak to at the beginning is the same Courtney you will encounter each and every time. Courtney it’s so much that I can say about this experience with you but that would take forever!!! You were an absolute pleasure to work with. You were more than patient with me. You answered every question I had. You answered every call and text no matter how late it was. You kept me informed the entire step of the way. I never felt left in the dark when it came to something that you had control over. The entire time I was looking for a house, and was being out bid, you never gave up, even when I was ready to just walk away. This was my very first home, I had no idea of what the process entailed. However it was a lot, but you made it very easy. I will forever use or recommend you to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. I didn’t think home ownership was going to be attainable at this point in my life, but that distant dream of mine, you made it happen in less than 60 days. I really can’t say thank you enough!
