Courtney Cook is a fourth-generation New Trier Township native with deep roots in the Chicago and North Shore luxury real estate market. Born in Evanston and raised in Kenilworth, she is a proud graduate of Joseph Sears School, New Trier High School, and Loyola University Chicago. With an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Courtney began her career in corporate sales with Chicago’s premier luxury hotels before transitioning into real estate in 1996.

Her extensive knowledge of the North Shore and Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods, combined with over 25 years of real estate experience, makes her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike.
