Courtney obtained her Real Estate license in 2004 upon graduating from the University of Puget Sound. She has listed and sold homes in Thurston, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Grays Harbor, and Lewis counties. Courtney is Thurston County’s premier Luxury Real Estate broker, she is a multi-million-dollar top producer and is consistently ranked in the top 1% or better among competing agents, breaking records for most sales over $1 Million in Thurston County in 2022.
Born and raised in Olympia, Courtney has roots that run deep with Olympia and its surrounding communities. Her grandfather was the advertising director for Olympia Beer and her father, CEO of Holly Homes, developed many residential and multi-family properties throughout the greater Seattle area. She is passionate about her family and all things PNW including golf, snow skiing, and boating.
She has a background in interior and architectural design and offers free staging consultations.
