Courtney Goza began her career with AustinSA in 2019. Hard working and driven to succeed, Courtney graduated from Concordia University with honors earning a B.A. in Business while successfully working full time and raising a family. Her innate talent for business became apparent during her time working at a Venture Capital firm where she was able to consistently identify strong business plans and make strategic suggestions on portfolio companies.
Other professional experience includes a real estate paralegal, accounting clerk, and consultative services for an international land acquisition and holding company. Courtney has also worked for the State of Texas and was formerly a Certified Texas Contract Manager.
Working in Real Estate allows her to combine passion, natural talent and experience in ways which allow her to help her clients move up to the next level. Her consulting background shines as she is able to find opportunities for growing businesses to expand into their dream space or afford that next level property. Courtney genuinely cares about her clients personally and professionally and will go the extra mile to ensure that they have an excellent experience. She is the embodiment of the AustinSA Real Estate culture.
Courtney is a native Austinite but spent a brief time aware during her childhood. She returned to the area and has resided here since 1999. She is married with two children. Courtney and her family are active in the community and foster for several animal rescues as well as, volunteering for a growing number of charities, committees, and events. In their down time, you may find Courtney and her family rescuing turtles to safe habitats, biking on any of the numerous area trails, or simply enjoying the bountiful nature in the area.
