Through this experience, she gained invaluable knowledge of construction, staging, kitchen and bath renovation, and interior remodeling. Courtney strives to see the potential in every home and uses her design eye to share that potential with her clients. Courtney recently earned the NAR official designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Through this arm of her business, she has gained the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. Courtney and her husband moved from the near West End to their historically renovated Northside home in 2013. They have two young adult children and a loveable Labrador.
