Courtney Odum-Duncan

Courtney graduated from The University of Maryland with an English degree. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1994, and has extensive experience in real estate sales, management and administration. She has been working with her mother and sister at RE/MAX 100 since 1999. Courtney is a sophisticated real estate strategist, and helps her clients understand all aspects of the real estate transaction. A busy professional herself, she understands the time constraints of today's homebuyers. She helps assess her clients' short and long-term housing goals, as well as the role real estate plays in their financial portfolio. She forges life-long relationships as a real estate consultant and adviser. An animal lover, Courtney is a supporter of Animal Advocates of Howard County's efforts and, along with Teddey, is a sponsor of the nonprofit's annual fund-raiser, Walk for Paws. Her philanthropic interests include the Women's Giving Circle of Howard County, Grassroots, and Success in Style, which supports the self-sufficiency of women by providing them with clothing for work.
