Where do I even begin! Courtney Rourke was nothing short of amazing when it came to looking for our forever “HOME”. My husband and I had been working with Courtney for 4 years, before we found our home. We started off just looking and then this past year we really put our feet on the pavement. She was by our side every step of the way checking on us, answering our hundreds of questions, and making sure the process went smoothly. When it comes to buying or selling a home Courtney is absolutely the person to work with. We don’t even know where to begin to express how appreciative, grateful, and most importantly Thankful we are to have worked with Courtney throughout this process!! My husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home!

Courtney was the agent for the condominium we sold last March 2022. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She always made me comfortable every time I spoke to her. Very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. Our condominium was only listed for a day and she’s able to sell our place the next day more than the listing price.
Courtney always make herself available to answer all our questions and guided us through the whole process.

We were so happy to find her as our agent. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us.Would totally work with her again.

In 2021 I sold a Victorian home built in 1890 that was my dream home not because I wanted to but because the market said to. Needless to say if I were to do so I only wanted to if I got every dime for it that I felt it was worth and then some. Conveying the worth that I saw in this home to potential buyers is what Courtney did best. Courtney was listening when I didn’t even think she was. She not only got across to potential buyers the value of this home in today’s market but also the “specialness” that we all see in our homes that sometimes we can’t put into words. She was intuitive and put the same amount of heart into her efforts as she did professionalism. At every corner of the process Courtney was on top of any situation that would arise as if she was selling her own home. I put my heart and soul into selling this house and got equal efforts from her. In the end what mattered most was the number.
Courtney’s hands on diligence and persistence in the appraisal situation absolutely 100 percent made a tangible difference in my outcome and final number closing the house at 50 to 100 thousand higher than may have been otherwise had I used another agent. This was one of the biggest and honestly scariest decisions I’ve ever had to make and I could not feel more content about the outcome on every level.

I met Courtney by calling on a listing of hers last year, my husband and I had just started looking for our first home and were trying to figure out where that might be. I scheduled a showing after work and while looking at that listing I noticed some new construction going on next door and asked if we could get into those units. Without any plan on seeing more properties Courtney called and got us into the units that very moment and right then I knew she was a broker that I wanted to work with.

Over the next month or two she helped us hone in on what we were ultimately looking for and was prompt on getting back to us and keeping us updated every step of the way. Her professionalism and knowledge of the Realestate market made the experience a pleasurable one. She gets to know her clients and takes their needs and personality into deep consideration when helping them find that perfect home. She also didn't stop at just helping us find our home but connected us to resources when customizing and updating. She is generous with her time beyond the home buying process but efficient and knows what she is doing.
