Courtney Woods Olson

Courtney Olson is enthusiastic about the western spirit of Arizona and believes that living in the Cave Creek / Carefree area is a wonderful thing. Specializing in golf gated communities as well as horse properties, she embraces the western lifestyle and strives to find the perfect spot for clients interested in celebrating the beauty of the Sonoran Desert.

Graduating from Marietta College in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree, Courtney and her husband Eric moved to Bainbridge Island, WA in 1997 and started their family in the Pacific Northwest. Courtney began her career in real estate as a broker in Washington state and moved to the Carefree / Cave Creek area with her family because of her interest in horse rescue and rehabilitation.

She sits on the board of the Triple R Horse Rescue located in Cave Creek and she also has three children, two in college and one in the Cave Creek School District. Her husband of 25 years engages in tech community and as a family they enjoy camping, horseback riding and travel. Listening to the needs and hopes of clients is always the foundation for success. Hard work, integrity, and a great love of the area are the key tenets of a rewarding real estate transaction.
