Born and raised in Henrico, Courtney is a fourth-generation Richmonder. She took a brief break from her favorite city to earn her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University. After graduating, she settled in the Museum District and worked for a non-profit as a home visitor in Richmond’s Northside, where she helped families and got to know the community on a deeper level.
Living in many different areas throughout Richmond and taking advantage of every adventure the city has to offer has given Courtney an extensive knowledge of the areas she serves. Her background in social work, combined with her dedication to helping others, attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills, makes her an invaluable guide throughout the real estate process.
Courtney is passionate about being a resource, advocate, and educator for every client. She feels so fortunate to truly love what she does, the people she works with, and the lasting, authentic connections she gets to make with her clients. Her goal is to make the process exciting, enjoyable, and fun while keeping clients educated and informed every step of the way.
Courtney loves all things Richmond, her angel of a dog, Kernel, and exploring Richmond’s food and drink scene.
