About Craig
Craig grew up in Dallas Texas and has resided in the DFW area most of his life, living in Prosper for the last 11 years. He graduated with a B.S. of International Economics and Business from Texas Tech University. Craig spent the early part of his career as a licensed securities trader before moving into roles in IP product marketing during the early days of the IT Industry. Craig moved into leading large engagements in the emerging wireless and optical business before taking on roles helping to found a small banking start up. Craig also was one of the founding coaches of a basketball and sports performance training company which trained more than 500 young athletes as well as coaching basketball for a prominent TAPS 5-A private school in the DFW area. Craig has more than 25 years of diverse business experience including his land and commercial real estate career.
Over the years, Craig has a long resume of leadership and volunteer involvement both locally and regionally. He was the founder of the Prosper Men’s Turkey Fry serving people in need on Thanksgiving for over 11 years, the Commissioner of Prosper Youth Basketball for four years as well as being a part of a church mission team for half a dozen years building churches, orphanages and community centers in Peru. Craig also served 2 terms on the Prosper Parks & Rec Board and 2 terms on the Prosper Planning & Zoning Commission. Craig loves the Land & Commercial Real Estate business & working all over the North Texas region. He combines a strong business background in multiple industries with knowledge of municipal regulation and structure to offer his clients a one-of-a-kind, next level, consultative experience routed in a solid continuing personal relationship. His mission is to connect buyers and sellers with opportunities to buy, sell or lease land or commercial properties that help his clients realize the highest best use and value for their property which translates to income, revenue and return. Craig believes that solid due diligence, analysis and building long term relationships are the best way to charting the most profitable path for his clients and helping them build their legacy for their business or their family.
Craig has been married to his wife Chris for 28 years after meeting at Texas Tech.
