Craig Berberian

Craig H. Berberian is the Founder & Managing Partner at Empire Property Group and is responsible for strategic and operational oversight for all firm-wide projects and investments. His other responsibilities include investor relations, sourcing new acquisitions, investment underwriting, project due diligence, entitlements, construction management and asset management.

Prior to Empire, Mr. Berberian was a Vice President at Resolution Asset Management (RAM), a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald (formally LMD Worldwide). There he supported a small team to execute the strategy of partnering with healthy banks to acquire failed banks from the FDIC in order to own/manage their real estate portfolios. Prior to that, he worked at The Athena Group, a national real estate development and investment firm based in New York. Mr. Berberian started his career at KPMG LLP and worked within their Real Estate Valuations Group.

Mr. Berberian is a Licensed Broker in the State of California and a Licensed Salesperson in the State of New York. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University where he graduated with honors. He has a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University. Mr. Berberian is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) and Building Hope (LARE).
