Craig is originally from Columbus, Ohio, where he graduated from law school before moving to Washington D.C. in 1989. Craig served his first law years in judicial clerkships in both the D.C. Court of Appeals and D.C. Superior Court. Afterwards, Craig spent the next decade-plus in private practice as a civil trial attorney in D.C. and Maryland.
Craig has lived continuously in Georgetown since 1991. During this time, he has served two terms on the Georgetown ANC and two terms as Vice President of the Citizens Association of Georgetown (CAG). Craig is also very active in Georgetown community and residential issues and generally being a good neighbor and friend of the community.
In the early 2000's, Craig joined Pardoe Real Estate to combine his love of architecture, contracts and negotiation, and to share his passion for the D.C. area with others. Craig has been actively handling real estate matters and clients throughout the entire Washington Metropolitan Region for more than two decades.
Craig's experience includes high-end residential transactions, condos and co-ops, as well as the occasional commercial matter. Additionally, Craig co-represented the international buyer in a $67,000,000 residential transaction that included the second most expensive property purchase ($43,000,000) in the history of the Washington Metropolitan Region.
Craig has one daughter who attended the Washington International School from age 3 through high school graduation, and she has recently graduated from Bryn Mawr College where she received multiple degrees, including her masters in French. In his free time, Craig enjoys tennis, photography, and walking Sabine, his Barbet (French Waterdog) throughout the neighborhoods and area parks.
Craig is licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
