Craig French

Craig French, the third generation of the French family to be a part of French Real Estate which Keller Williams purchased in August 2011. NOW: KELLER WILLIAMS, Oceanside Realty; and, formerly: "French Real Estate, Inc." Craig joined his father in business following the Vietnam War and after earning his degree at the University of Connecticut in 1973. The 1980's produced successes such as "The Breakers" and produced several awards for Craig: the coveted "MAME," the Builder's League Award for "Best Marketed Community," Ocean Reef. His stunning seccesses of Nantucket, Ocean Reef and Santa Barbara in Ocean City and Caledonia and Southwoods in Upper Township earned Craig additional marketing awards. Recently The Flanders, a multi-million dollar property, was marketed and sold by French Real Estate along with the Wheaton Estate, now known as Bayside Park, an open space program sale for the city's Bay Preservation Program. French in year 2001 sold the block of land known as the Super Fresh site to the City of Ocean City. 1n 1998, French successes reached Linwood, NJ. The old Dee Lumber site was sold, then approved for 58 homesites and resold to RYAN Homes. In 1999, French sold the Strand Boardwalk Block in Wildwood, NJ and Dinosaur Beach to Pat Croce and other Wildwood properties. In Hamilton Township, French sold 175 single family development homes. Two major golf courses to Legends Golf (Middle Township, Hamilton). Berkshire Grill on Black Horse Pike was a lease purchase. French has the network of clients to accomplish not only a simple rental but also a complicated transaction such as the sale of 35 condo units in Margate through a National Bid process.
