I've worked with real estate agents over the past 30 years to buy homes for both personal and rental usage. The last agent I used was Craig. I strongly recommend Craig if you are looking for someone to go the extra mile, helping to get the house to closing in the buyer's favor and if the closing does not finish the deal (e.g., escrow held-back), he continues to assist. Craig will be the first person I call when it is time to purchase my next house.

Craigand Melissa have been incredibly kind, efficient, responsive and beyond competent, As a partnership, they have been in worked patiently with me at every phase of this housing journey. I made the decision to purchase a home, sight unseen from La Jolla, California, to buy a home in Michigan.
OK, you are welcome to question my judgment about that decision, but don't let that preclude you from trusting me regarding them. :) Initially, I worked with Justin, a member of their team, who was delightful and arranged a Facetime showing for me, around my and my daughter's schedules. After the showing, I very quickly decided to purchase my home.

Once the decision was made, given that I was out of state, Craig and Melissa, at every step, provided me with assistance and contacts that I needed. They found me an inspector, a plumber, a chimney person, a grass cutter, a housekeeper. Honestly, they did so many amazing things to assist me, I can't even begin to list everything.

I decided that I wanted to do some renovations, and asked them if they could assist. The day we closed on my home, they began working on the house. It turns out that they are a "one stop shop". They are putting in bathrooms, expanding my kitchen, taking me to select the granite and all of the fixtures needed. Also, an awesome and quite unexpected bonus is that Melissa is working Knowledge of interior designer, so I am getting the benefit of her skill set and competency that I otherwise would have had to pay for separately.
They have essentially hand held me through this process so far. I cannot recommend them any more highly. They are PHENOMENAL!

Time to share my experience with Janni and Craig Kalle.
Both agents are really great people I am completely new to buy home they showed me lot of patience and showed lot of homes they never forced me to buy homes they always give their presence and which is the best home to buy the great team I really felt comfortable working with this team I will refer to my friends and family also such a great people glad to meet them.
