My mother became ill and I had to move her out of state; Craig took care of the house, made sure all the inspectors could gain access while I was over 3000 miles away. Craig priced our home based on local comps and what our neighborhood was going for, which took a lot of the stress away in the offers. Craig coached us through the entire selling process ensuring we fully understood all the terms. Living 3000 miles away, Craig always answered our calls or emails in a very prompt manner. When we called the number, Craig was the agent who came to show us the house. The house was not what we were looking for, but Craig asked us for a list of items on our must-have list. We were headed out of town to Flagstaff for the weekend, when he mentioned that he had family there. We asked him for a recommendation for a mexican food restaurant. By the time we arrived in Flagstaff, not only did we have a list of homes to look over, but we also had the name of a great mexican place! I received an email every night with new listings in our preferred area. He also gave us the name of a mortgage company, who we ended up using. We went out on a Sunday to look at three houses. House number three was the one for us. Within the next few days, we submitted an offer which was accepted. It was a short sale, but contrary to other horror stories I've heard, it was handled seemlessly. Two months later, we moved into our wonderful home. We love the house and the town of Fountain Hills. In fact, if more people in the world were like Craig, the world would be a better place. Craig is knowledgeable, personable, funny, and an all around good person. I met Craig when I started looking to move from Alabama to Phoenix. I flew out and met with him, and we looked at lots of houses. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a deal worked out on a single one of them. I don't have a lot of time, so I picked out the others ones I was interested in buying and let Craig go look at them in my absence while I was back in Alabama. Craig come out and took additional pictures for me, and in the end, I bought my house without ever seeing it in person myself. There is no way I could be happier with the house I bought either. Therefore, if you are looking for a house in the Phoenix area and you want to deal with a good person that also happens to be a top notch realtor, give Craig Peck a call. His knowledge of the retirement communities was so very helpful. Mr. Peck spent three months sending us information on various houses giving us a perfectly accurate view of the area. When we traveled to the area our trust him certainly was justified because within two days he had found us the perfect home. We were delighted with his professional guidance as he made our offer and had it accepted within 24 hours. He walked us through programs like Docusign and Esign and explained all the language in a hard copy first. In a short two week period he arranged inspections and assigned us as representative to shepherd us through the title and escrow paperwork.
