As a realtor it’s even better, you can trust him without a doubt, he is always there for answering questions all days a week and most important he really cares about his job. Let me tell you about the best realtor ever…

Craig is the best. Craig went through the ups and downs with home searching with my fiancé when the search started and husband as we closed on our place this past December.. so let me say that this process took about 2 years. I have never seen such dedication and hard work provided by a business or let alone a single person. There is such a personal touch to messages I got regarding what was upcoming and going to be available soon/now. He always had an answer for us, if he didn’t, I had a text shortly after our conversation confirming whatever I had asked, talk about speed! Both my husband Tony and I enjoyed working with Craig and wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other realtor. Craig is so friendly, well mannered, but also super knowledgeable about the area we purchased in, things near by, and some other odds and ends questions we had! Every step of the way Craig was in contact and we always knew where we were in the process and what was needed if anything. I can’t thank Craig enough because one of my goals has been checked off and my husband and I can’t start our lives together. If you get the chance to work with Craig I would recommend him 10/10. After seeing multiple homes that didn’t quite fit our needs and feeling disheartened, we found our dream home online and went to see the day after it hit the market. We knew right away that there would be multiple offers on the home. Thanks to Craig, we beat out every other offer (some well over asking price). He acted so quickly on our behalf, going above and beyond and even making phone calls during a wedding dinner he was attending. We got matched with Craig when my wife and I wanted to see a property we found on Zillow. We figured interacting with Craig would be a one and done, and we'd have to interview several other agents before we found one we wanted to work with. We quickly decided to stick with Craig because he made us, as first-time homebuyers, feel so comfortable about the process. He always tried to help us understand all the different aspects of homebuying and touring homes. He was always very responsive and made himself available to take us on a bunch of tours. He was very gracious and understanding when our minds and attitudes with respect to our search criteria changed (as they often did). Professional, Prompt and Reliable are the first three things that come to mind when speaking of Craig. Being a first time homebuyer can be a terrifying experience as you don’t know what to expect. Craig is someone we were looking for long time. We been through so many agents but no one was like Craig. The first thing we have noticed about Craig is ,he is extremely punctual. He was always there at site 15 min prior before we reached and always welcomed us at any where we go. He never got tired of answering all our questions.
