We have known Craig for many years and he has always been a great Agent. If you want the best agent that will seal the deal you need to use Craig. He has helped us on several investment property transaction but this year he was over the top. We recently sold our primary residence $287,000 over list and $110,000 over the appraisal. It was because of his efforts we blew away the neighborhood record selling at $801/sf. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Craig was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our family moved to the area in August and we reached out to him and explained what we were looking for. We were open to purchasing land, a fixer upper or a move in ready home. Craig was up for the challenge. He really listened to what we wanted and he went out of his way researching different properties and land options. The process of looking for a home can be an emotional one and Craig patiently guided us through it all.
