Craig Wolf represents buyers and sellers in a wide-range of commercial property types, including office and industrial buildings, along with downtown commercial condos, mixed use property and neighborhood storefronts. Craig’s expertise includes investment purchases, acquisition and development, lease negotiation and tenant representation.

Craig has sold buildings throughout Chicago, along with surrounding suburbs, such as Bedford Park, Cary, Deerfield, Niles, Oak Park and Park Ridge. He has negotiated long-term commercial leases with firms including Anheuser-Busch, Colectivo Coffee, Cubic Corporation, Dark Matter Coffee, Drape Kings, John Burns Construction, LeaderOne Financial, Taco Bell, The Office Connection, amongst others.

As a Business Management graduate of Indiana University in 2006, Craig has spent the last 13 years in Chicago and has a keen sense of real estate trends and developments.
