About Craig

With a Real Estate career spanning more than 33 Years, Craig Young has benefited greatly from his experiences in Real Estate Brokerage, Listings and Sales, Property Appraisal, Development & Consulting, Architecture and Mortgage Brokerage.
His passion for Real Estate started in his native New Zealand watching his father work as a cabinetmaker, draftsman and a builder-developer, a path Craig followed into starting an Architectural Degree at Auckland University that morphed into a Real Estate Graduate Degree and a Diploma in Valuation in 1980.
Craig started his professional career as an Appraiser in New Zealand, but ultimately relocated to California in 1984 to co-own an appraisal company in Calabasas, a firm specializing in the valuation of luxury homes throughout Los Angeles.
An interest in sales and the lure of vast opportunities in Phoenix saw Craig relocate here in 1994 to start what has proven to be a very successful real estate career.
Drawing upon his vast experience in multiple disciplines, Craig quickly created a name for himself by sourcing lots for custom homebuilders, which in turn led to assisting in the planning and marketing of luxury spec homes in Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale.
Understanding specific client needs is paramount for a team. With a supporting cast of qualified partners that includes a licensed administrative assistant, internet marketing professionals, designated Buyer reps and contractors, all of whom are on call at a moment’s notice, Craig and his team are always available to help sell your home for all it’s worth or find a new home as unique as you are.
