I recently worked with Crista to help a buyer purchase a home. I was helping the buyer with the financing and Crista was representing the buyer as their realtor. I have worked with hundreds of realtors over the years and Crista is by far one of the best! She was easy to get ahold of, she stayed on top of everything that needed to be done which made the transaction go through smoothly and was extremely pleasent to work with. Highly Recommend!

Happened to run into Crista while she was representing a seller at an open house I was seeing in Vallejo; the house wasn't for me, but we went with Crista right away. She helped me navigate my first time buying a home during this wild time in real estate. We had what seems like one hurdle after another, but she helped all the way through from changes in my housing search, soaring interest rates and subsequent changes in my pre-approval (we miraculously negotiated a seller buydown!), HOA contracts, last minute inspections and major repairs, insurance delays, and near constant anxiety on my part lol I'm so glad I went with Crista; she knows her stuff, is incredibly honest and realistic, and is a wonderfully calming presence as well. We're closing within the next week or so, and if I ever sell, I'll definitely reach out to her first to represent me.

This review has been a long time coming. My mom (Lisa) and I sold our Green Valley home with Crista as our realtor last August. My mom and I had spent a lot of time getting the home ready and we were exhausted, not sure what else was needed, or where we stood in the market. So grateful (after researching and looking into various realtors) to find Crista at an Open House and meet her. Later, I spoke with my mom and she agreed to an appointment (huge accomplishment). Crista met with us and spent a great deal of time talking through everything, answering all of our questions , mitigated any worries, evaluated and made useful & reasonable suggestions, all while dealing with a mom/daughter dynamic, and made us both feel comfortable. That is no easy task!

Crista was knowledgeable, supportive, and was ready to pitch in on any task. She also had great connections to wrap up some projects. Crista really takes the time to connect with you and understand your concerns, your boundaries, and your needs. She made a stressful time worth all the effort and I wish I could use her in San Francisco and take her with me to Sonoma County.

Crista was truly great. She helped me sell my house and get top dollar. The difference for me came simply came down to her caring & her honesty. She took the time to discuss with me why I was moving, my goals in selling the house, gave me sound advice, and tips on what we could do to get the best price. I never felt like this was just a transactional process & I was some means to a commission. She was immediately responsive to all my communications and the selling process was painless. Months after I moved out of state, and well after there was any monetary incentive, she simply calls to check on my family, see how the move went, and how my family is doing. That’s the kind of person she is. I believe she genuinely cares & I would have absolutely no reservations recommending her to family or friends.

She offered a program for Veterans and gave part of her commission in a refund check to my husband!
